This board sits behind the playfield backboard, and lights the bridge behind the Lost Plastic. It has three lamp sockets, and solders to the GI lamp at the bottom left of the playfield.
The kit include a template. The template screws to the backboard, and shows precisely where to drill the two holes that give the slot rounded ends. Then, use a jigsaw to cut the straight edge using the edge of the template as a guide. Finally, smooth it all out.
We also have a limited number of imported 3/4" forstner bits available, $4 each.
Finally, the board is designed to accept a few high-brightness warm white LEDs, with full rectification and smoothing. The make a nice fill-in for the incandescent lamps but we have not decided as to whether or not we will make a product. However, if you are feeling in a DIY mood, we can include some LEDs and other necessary parts for $10.
